The hotel room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable setting for our romantic escape. We were pleased to find bottled water and tea available in the room, adding a nice touch. The hotel's location near the old city wall was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historic attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
The language barrier was a significant issue during our stay. The English proficiency of the staff was limited, making communication difficult at times.

Great value and convenient location! I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Xi'an, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was. the room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities, including bottled water and tea. Plus, the location was fantastic - just a short walk from a major tourist attraction.

The hotel is conveniently located near the corner of the old city wall, offering a spectacular view for morning exercises like Tai Chi. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good hot water and a heater during the winter. the 18Y buffet breakfast, although mainly Chinese, is great value for money.
The hotel staff's English skills are lacking, making communication difficult at times.
